The vision of
Phase
is to work alongside young people in Hitchin to promote wellbeing and resilience.
Phase began small in 2002 when Churches Together in Hitchin (CTH) campaigned, prayed and fundraised to employ their first Schools Worker.
Its work continues in schools and within in the community. They are now connected with all the schools (Primary & Secondary) within Hitchin.
Growing up is full of challenges and hard decisions. Phase exists to support the development of wellbeing in young people. They want to be there for young people, to provide support, encouragement and help equip them for the future.
